Keep developing there youngsters and build round Hall/McDavid/Nurse
Long term plans for the team:
once completed the rebuild win consecutive cups.

It depends how the state of my team looks if I have numerous vets I would take it to build round something for the future. If I felt that veteran was going to lead me to a cup I would wait it out.
Why should you get the GM position?
i have experience from multiple sim leagues over the past 5 or 6 years.
