The Current OFF/DEF Boost Packages currently add +1 to each category. I'm suggesting the if they are purchased the GM can decide how the 3 points can be applied. +3 to one attribute, +2 to one and +1 to another, or +1 to all 3.
Some players have a certain attribute in each group that lags behind the others and this would allow GMs to make a player more balanced or to train certain attribute more.
Example Artem Anisimov C 26 3283333 3 37 73 73 76 73 71 65 76 66 75 67 62 72 74 69 70 +3 to HI or +2 to HI +1 to CH or +1 to HI +1 to CH +1 to PO

Another option if the admin is afraid of GMs stacking one attribute (ie HI) is that you take out the ability to use all 3 on one attribute.

What restrictions do you want? Cause the current OFF/DEF Pack Boosts don't help GM's develop players. You can put a limit on how many times a GM can use this in a season. That way GMs can't go overboard on one player.

There is nothing to restrict unless it's that you can't use all three points on the same attribute, you can't use it more than once a season and you can't use it on a player that has already had a boost that season.

Bumping this.
Here is my suggestion based on making sure GMs can't stack a player's stats.
A GM has the options to do the following after purchasing the OFF/DEF Boost Packages.
+2 to one attribute and then +1 to another or Spreading it out +1 to all 3 attributes.
You can make a caveat that the attribute that gets the +2 boost cannot be the highest attribute of the 3.
