Most if not all veteran players of the game know that Goalies are like Running Backs in the NFL and that You don't need a great or even an above average Goalie to win in EHM. In a different league that a few of Us are in, all Goalie contracts above $3.000.000 got rolled back 25% or until They hit $3.000.000. Ex: Joe Smith made $5.000.000 -25% = $3.750.000 Ex: Jim Bean made $3.750.000 -25% = $3.000.000 because His 25% would actually be $2.812.500
This would help keep salaries down to a reasonable level and should help keep the cap from going up.

Franchise goalies should not be on ur team for 3m.. Pay the franchise goalie how much he deserves. We shoukdnt treat keepers like crap.

he's saying anyone who's above 3 mill gets a 25 % roll back, meaning pekka rinne who makes 7 mill wouldn't get 3 mill...he'd be paid 5.25 mill per year.
